Return Eligibility
Customers can initiate a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, invoice, and packaging must be intact
- A clear opening video is mandatory for verification
- The return request must be submitted within the specified return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- International orders
How to Initiate a Return
Customers can initiate a return directly through the Ella Women website using their order details.
Once a return request is submitted:
- The store will review the request
- Approval or rejection will be communicated to the customer
Products sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

- The product must be handed over in its original condition and packaging

- Cash Refund (original payment mode or equivalent)
Refund processing details:
- Approved refunds are initiated within 72 hours
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the selected refund method and payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
They must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos, including the opening video.
Cancellation Policy
