    Return Eligibility

    Customers can initiate a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All original tags, invoice, and packaging must be intact
    • A clear opening video is mandatory for verification
    • The return request must be submitted within the specified return window

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards or vouchers
    • International orders

    How to Initiate a Return

    Customers can initiate a return directly through the Ella Women website using their order details.

    Once a return request is submitted:

    • The store will review the request
    • Approval or rejection will be communicated to the customer

    Products sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

    Return Pickup Process

    After the return request is approved:

    • A return pickup will be arranged by the store
    • The product must be handed over in its original condition and packaging

    Product Inspection

    Once the returned product is received:

    • The item will undergo a quality and condition inspection
    • Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection

    Refund Policy

    After inspection approval:

    • Customers can choose their preferred refund method
      • Store Credit (Ella Wallet), or
      • Cash Refund (original payment mode or equivalent)

    Refund processing details:

    • Approved refunds are initiated within 72 hours
    • Refund timelines may vary depending on the selected refund method and payment provider

    Damaged or Incorrect Products

    If a customer receives a product that is:

    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect

    They must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos, including the opening video.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
